Opening envelopes for a tender for the supply and installation of study seats and a sustainable tent for Arwa school in Majaz

The Tenders Committee of the Yemen Development Corporation, with the participation of the relevant authorities, opened bids for Tender No. 1 /2021 for the supply and installation of double school desks, and the installation of a sustainable fixed tent for Arwa School for Girls in Majz District, Saada.
During the meeting, in the presence of Muhammad Barakat, representative of the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees in Saada, Hassan Al-Azi, representative of the branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Saada, and Hayel Al-Ghanami, a representative of the Education Office in the governorate, Fawaz Al-Hamid, head of the Yemen Development Foundation, stressed the need for the contractors to be awarded the tender to comply with the specific technical and engineering specifications. In the bills of quantities, noting that the project is one of the activities of the community center for the displaced, quick-impact projects (QIP2), stressing the need to complete within the time period specified for the implementation of the project.
During the meeting, the envelopes submitted for the tender were opened, in the presence of the applicant contractors, and the tender was referred to the Analysis Committee to complete the awarding procedures to one of the applicant contractors.
