Opening the tender envelopes for the lighting management project in AL-Ma'alla neighborhood in Sa'ada.

   The Tender Committee of the Yemen Development Foundation, with the participation of the concerned authorities, opened envelopes for the tender for the installation of lighting for Al-Ma’ala neighborhood in Sa'ada city, one of the activities of the Community Center for the Displaced persons, Quick Impact Projects (QIP3) funded by the High Commissioner for Refugees.

At the opening of the meeting, Ibrahim Al-Sharafi, director of the community center for the displaced persons, confirmed the need for the contractors who will be awarded the tender to   envelopes by the technical and engineering specifications in the quantity's tables.

At the meeting, which was attended by Samir Salah, a representative of the High Commissioner for Refugees, Hassan Al-Ezzi, the project officer in the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Sa'ada, the representative of the Public Works Office, Issam Majali, and the project coordinators in the Foundation,The Committee opened the envelopes submitted for the tender, in the presence of the applicant contractors. The submitted envelopes were referred to the Analysis Committee to complete the awarding procedures to one of the applicant contractors.
