Implementation of 104 awareness sessions benefiting 958 people in August in Saada

The community committees of the Yemen Development Foundation and through the community center for the displaced were able to hold (65) awareness sessions for the displaced during the month of August 2021 in a number of directorates of Saada Governorate, benefiting (553) people, including (484) males and (69) females.
In addition, the staff of the community center for the displaced carried out (39) awareness sessions during the month of August 2021, benefiting (405) people, including (312) males and (93) females in the community center and in the sites of the displaced.
Awareness sessions carried out by the staff of the community center within the protection project funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and in coordination with the branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Saada aimed to raise the level of community awareness and the displaced families to the necessary measures that everyone must take in order to prevent spread and infection Corona virus, the importance of obtaining personal cards and birth certificates, the importance of personal hygiene, the necessity of taking vaccinations, enrolling in education, protection and other related awareness messages.
