Implementation of 103 awareness sessions benefiting 6,823 people in June and July in Saada

The community committees of the Yemen Development Foundation and through the community center for the displaced were able to hold (66) awareness sessions for the displaced during the month of June and July 2021 AD in the directorates of Sahar, Saada, Al-Safra and Majz in Saada governorate, benefiting 4459 people.
In addition, the staff of the Community Center for the Displaced carried out (37) awareness sessions during the month of June and July 2021, benefiting 2,364 people, including 1,857 males and 507 females in the districts of Saada, Sahar, Razih, Haydan, Saqiq, Al-Zahir, Majz, Qatabar, Munabbih, Kataf and Al-Hashwa in Saada Governorate Awareness sessions carried out by the staff of the community center within the protection project funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and in coordination with the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs aimed at raising the level of community awareness and the displaced families about the necessary measures that everyone must take in order to prevent the spread and infection of the Corona virus. The importance of obtaining personal cards and birth certificates, the importance of personal hygiene, the necessity of taking vaccinations, enrolling in education, protection and other related awareness messages.
